Hawke’s Bay Regional Council acts as the administering authority for the Hawke’s Bay CDEM Group. The Council employs three full-time equivalent staff members and one part-time staff member to support the CDEM Group role, and the CDEM Group is managed by the Group Manager HB CDEM, Ian Macdonald who is the primarly Group Controller.
The Group office is currently based at the Hawke's Bay Regional Council office in Napier but will move to Hastings in 2012.
